By requesting this service you are agreeing to the following:

 

PAYMENT AGREEMENT

 

Services will not begin until a written agreement pertaining to the scope of the work and the payment details are signed in writing and 50% of total due has been received. Additional costs and fees may be added if additional work is desired by written or verbal request. Deposits will be required to hold a scheduling date for some projects. These deposits are non-refundable in the event of a reschedule or a cancellation.

 

A minimum payment of 50% of the quoted cost is required prior to any scheduled work.The remaining payment due is to be paid in full by credit card, debit card, in cash or by Paypal™ upon receipt. Once the project has begun the 50% payment is non-refundable. Projekted Reality reserves the right to refuse transfer or delivery of any work if payments have not been made in full per written agreement.

 

All payments due are the sole responsibility of the receiver. If legal action becomes necessary to collect payments or balances due, you agree to reimburse Projekted Reality for all expenses incurred to recover payments, including attorney(s), collection agencies and other legal fees. Projekted Reality tries its best to finish all work in a timely manner, however, in the event of adverse weather conditions, or other unknown situations your work may take longer then expected to be completed. If the property or location is not ready on the day of the appointment you will be charged additionally for rescheduling. If there is an event where the photography does not meet our standard of quality we will reshoot the location at no additional charge.

 

INTERNET DISPLAY

 

All images, graphics, and media created are the property of Projekted Reality and may not be used without explicit written permission. Clients have the right to use the images and associated media which were produced accoring to their written agreements. Clients may not under any circumstances resell the media or images under any conditions. Images, virtual tours and print media produced by Projekted Reality may be displayed on your website or in print form for promotional uses. We reserve the right to use all media to promote our services to other individuals and businesses unless other agreements are made.. Projekted Reality will not sale the images produced for you for profit to any other third party unless a written agreement between all parties have been made.

 

REALTORS

 

Images of properties may be uploaded to third party websites such as Multi-listing services and the realtor's business website(s). All tours for real estate will expire after one years time. After that time, if the realtor wishes to extend it's use a fee will apply.

 

GENERAL

 

Virtual Reality Photos and other digital media for business use may or may not have an expiration for usage. When displaying tours and images we require you to give appropriate credit and hyper-links to our website. To claim the work was produced by you is unlawful and punishable by law.

Projekted Reality is not responsible for any third party websites inability to provide accurate details to the MLS listings. You agree to hold Projekted Reality blameless for problems resulting from clicking on any links found on this website to third party websites which are not operated by Projekted Reality. Projekted Reality is not responsible for delays or failures resulting from uncontrollable circumstances such as weather, acts of terrorism, equipment failure or malfunctions that in turn prohibit services from being rendered as promised. If such events occur the work will be completed or redone as soon as possible. All renewals will be the responsibilty of the client to keep their tour(s) active.

 

The terms and conditions are the sole understanding between you and Projekted Reality. No other terms or conditions will apply unless specified by written contract(s). This contractual agreement is considered binding by electronic mail, submission of order from this site or by signature. We have made every effort throughout this site to state where our payment agreement is located and is of no obligation to Projekted Reality should purchaser not
understand terms of mutual agreement. The terms and conditions may be revised so please check for additional changes that will be noted.

 

ADDITIONAL FEES

 

Additional fees include, but are not limited to; cost of an assistant to the photograher, web design, graphic design, travel fees, lodging, rescheduling fee, supplies, materials, insurance, application, administrative, licensing/usage fees, upload fees etc.

 

Bad checks, non-sufficient funds (NSF) and reversal of payments - A fee of $40 USD will be imposed for all bad/returned checks and payments reversed for any reason.

 

Cancellations - All work cancelled will forfeit the initial deposit. Rescheduling may require an additional fee.

 

Travel Fees - Some work may incur a trip charge. Lodging, meals and other associated travel charges will be figured into all multiple day projects.
